As a kid, I was always one of the thinnest guys on any team I played on. At 18, I graduated high school at a body weight of 135 at a height of 5'9. I was always self conscious of my size (and still am at times). I decided to join a gym after months of backing out of walking into the door when I was 20. Facing that fear has forever changed my life. Over time, I gained around 30 pounds of lean muscle and some much needed self confidence. I still have moments of self doubt but now I can confidently say that I can do things at 44 years old that most people in their 20s can't. I am by no means a world class athlete and that is not my goal. I strive to be as healthy and fit for as long as possible to be around and play with my 4 year old son.
Motivation & Passion
My purpose for coaching is to show others that fitness is a lifelong journey. I love working with all types of people but especially enjoy seeing someone that is completely new to fitness accomplish things that they never thought possible.
