When things got difficult I found that CrossFit was always there for me. The encouragement, and inspiration to be the best I can be. It’s all up to you to put the work in and see the results. Especially as I enter into my fifties my body is going through changes. Exercise is there to help me with my struggles and relieve the stresses of life. Keep pushing and be awesome.
My passion is to watch new members come in and doubt themselves. Then within a few short weeks the transformation that they see in themselves is awesome. Their reactions to what they are able to do is priceless. That is my motivation.
